“All for one. One for all.”
Banana bread and smoothies kind of week.
I’ve been watching and waiting for these blossoms since I planted its bulbs months ago. Wish I remembered what it is.
I suspect it will not disappoint.
I know there will come a time when this will be gone. So whenever I can, I try to take a picture of these beautiful barns.
Seeing them comforts me.
I’ve passed by this one a thousand times, but this morning it looked particularly peaceful as the fog was lifting in the distance.
I went back and took this picture. The fog had mostly lifted by then, but the feeling was still so serene.
I didn’t expect to capture that same feeling as earlier. Actually, the field is so lovely, it would be hard to take a bad picture.
A few hundred yards away…
It’s the second day of fall. Instead of falling leaves, there are mushroom communes popping up overnight.
Scoot over mulch and pine and make way for the ‘shrooms.
I bet there will be a few more clusters before the day is over.
Finally. The humidity is gone. The cool breeze is back. I had to buy this candle at Target yesterday.
What exactly does a “snuggly sweater” candle smell like?
It’s kind of like wrapping yourself up in a big warm blanket that just came out of the dryer. A clean, inviting scent. One that makes you smile and perhaps puts you in the mood to read, bake, walk or wear a snuggly sweater.
On sale for $4.99.
Got my sweater on.
Cotton, not wool, but big, soft and very snuggly.
