It’s a baptist church in Raleigh, but I had to do a double take because I thought it was a prison.
Where are the windows? It’s a concrete church. No spires, no stained glass, no color. Drab gray.
It made me a little sad. Where we live, worship, work, it has a power over us. And it’s what we make of it. I’m not saying there isn’t a wonderful worship program here. Who knows.
What I do know is a little color does more than warms up a space. It warms the spirit.
No matter, where you live, work or play, make it matter. Give it life. Give it love.
It gives it right back to you.
