It’s really warm outside. I open two windows to let the fresh air in. Suddenly the Ficus tree leaves are moving. It isn’t the wind. It’s a bird. She sees the tree near the window, flies in and quickly realizes her mistake. Luckily, the screened-in porch door is open.
Just as quickly as she flew in, she flew out of a hole in the screen. That was one smart, daring bird. She took a chance, realized her mistake and moved on in under a minute.
We could learn from birds. At least I could.
